Our setups around our AD, operations, ATS, LMS and performance are great.
Culture includes a very flat hierarchy and people get a lot of autonomy, and we are close and open with each other. </aside>

Our biggest challenge is that we don’t have the greatest insights into the well-being and happiness challenges in the organization.
- We ship a lot of solutions, but whether they are solving the most important topics or challenges is uncertain.
- When we product develop we listen a lot to our customers, but when we culture and people develop we mostly work on our intuition and beliefs. </aside>
